The 2008-09 softball team is new to Simpson. It has been many years since Simpson has had a softball team. The last time they had a team, the school was called Simpson College. The head coach of the women's softball team is Wayne Stower. Stower comes to Simpson after spending his previous seven years coaching at Foothill High School.
